Apartment, Kiev

This project stands out as our sole online-only endeavour. Victoria initiated the process by sending a comprehensive video tour of all the rooms in her high-rise apartment. Using this footage and the floor plan provided, I meticulously measured distances and crafted the basis for the design.

Subsequently, I transmitted detailed technical documentation outlining changes to wall arrangements, installations, and furniture design. Remarkably, the renovation team encountered no significant queries or challenges, indicating the thoroughness of our planning and communication. Every detail was meticulously drawn and described, ensuring the final result meets and exceeds practical and aesthetic expectations.

Despite the challenges of remote collaboration, Ania wisely utilized the small space to make it convenient and comfortable to live in. I also love how she combined different natural materials (wood, concrete, glass, etc.). Her choice of colours created harmony and made the apartment interesting and outstanding.

My personal favourite spot in the apartment is the lodge cabinet. It is the most eccentric place where I can enjoy my reading in tranquillity or talk to my friends with a glass of wine. Cheers!”
