Interior Architecture

In addition to the core responsibilities of interior design, which involve advising clients and preparing comprehensive technical documentation encompassing electrical, sanitary installations, furniture design, visualizations, the list of all materials including the amounts and suppliers, I also facilitate the acquisition of permits for house and apartment extensions. 

 

Upon client request, I oversee the procurement of materials, leveraging international connections to personally source from the Netherlands and other countries. This hands-on approach guarantees the quality and timely delivery of materials, tailored to meet the unique needs of each project.

 

Throughout the project lifecycle, I maintain an active presence as a supervisor, ensuring that construction activities align with the design vision and adhere to quality standards. Additionally, I offer the option of post-completion property care, extending my services beyond construction to include maintenance and enhancements as desired.
