House with an extension, Vondelpark area Amsterdam
We redesign a three-story tenement house and its garden, making significant changes like raising the ground floor, relocating the staircase, and transforming the basement into additional rooms, including a kitchen and bathroom.
We also enlarge the windows and doors on the garden side to maximize light and create extra walk-in access. This requires lowering part of the garden, installing an anti-flood pump, and constructing a two-story glass structure.
We obtained permission from the municipality to implement these solutions. Inside the apartment, we suggested various styles, ultimately selecting neo-classic.
